We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. In order to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Please note that some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other special circumstances. These include:

- Custom or personalized items.
- Final sale items.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.
