Refund and Returns Policy for Carximofixcity

At Carximofixcity, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Return process to make things easier for you. Please read our policy below for more details.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@carximofixcity.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

Exceptions:

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds:

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in the following cases:

  • Items with visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once your return is processed, we will send you the replacement item, subject to availability. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. For items of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item was damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Return an Item

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@carximofixcity.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, depending on your preference and availability.
